Grimsby Residence

Designed by Bulk Interiors, this project showcases our complete residential design services, including interior design, finish selections, lighting design, custom furnishings, and project coordination throughout the Niagara Region.

Every exceptional home begins with a vision. Our goal for this Niagara residence was to honour its architectural character while creating a home that feels fresh, functional, and enduring. Set on the Niagara Escarpment, the property enjoys exceptional privacy and picturesque views, providing the perfect backdrop for a thoughtful transformation. The renovation included refinishing the existing hardwood flooring, designing all new custom millwork, creating a custom kitchen, installing new tile flooring and premium countertops throughout, and completing the home with a carefully curated furnishing package.

The result is a timeless interior where craftsmanship, comfort, and thoughtful design come together—welcoming guests from the moment the front doors open while embracing the beauty of its natural surroundings. Designed for both everyday living and effortless entertaining, the home reflects a balance of elegance, warmth, and lasting quality.
